Aix-en-Provence, France – July 15, 2014 – Componize Software launches officially Componize on-demand, a hosted XML content management solution. Componize on-demand brings you all the facilities of Componize on-premises and externalizes the hosting and maintenance to Componize. On-Demand combines the advantages of a cloud solution with the benefits of a secure, dedicated storage.

On-Demand includes the latest version of Componize DITA CMS and extensive collaborative features. The On-Demand package integrates with the online authoring editor called Author, the oXygen online version from SyncroSoft.

End-to-end solution: Enables XML content creation, editing, and reviewing in the CCMS environment. The integration with the Author editor enables enhanced searches and reuse on topics by information types, images, and equations plus metadata values and keywords.

Server security: Content is stored in a first-class secure Tier III Datacenter. The data center is equipped with redundant power supplies and firewalls, as well as emergency generators, fire and flood suppression systems and climate control. Servers and application are monitored by our team continuously. Content remains safe, secure and accessible 365 days a year, 24/7.

Hands-off IT: Componize On-Demand is a hosted solution, meaning there is no installation or configuration needed. Componize handles all maintenance, and subscribers always benefit from the latest version of Componize.

Adaptable offer: Add or reduce the number of users from one subscription period to the next. Componize On-Demand subscription allows users to be even more mobile and flexible than before.

Mobile accessibility: Content is accessible anywhere an Internet connection is available, 365 days a year, 24/7. In addition, new mobile applications allow contributors and collaborators to immediately review and comment on content. Off-line editing is of course also possible with batch downloads.

Componize On-Demand solution lets extended teams author, manage, publish and collaborate on content within a user-friendly, browser-based interface.
