It’s a question we’ve been asking ourselves for a long time, and we know that it’s been on the minds of people across the industry too.
We set out to try to uncover the issues preventing a better collaboration process between technical writers and Subject Matter Experts. The unquestionable truth is that better collaboration leads to better information, but it hasn’t always been clear exactly what has been preventing this from happening.
Answer our survey
In order to find out more, we launched an industry-wide survey and canvassed the views of more than 150 different businesses. We interrogated technical writers and other documentation professionals on the authoring, review, contribution and collaboration processes and the results were very enlightening.
